ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK
San Francisco, CA
Dynamic
Financial District law firm seeks an Accounts Receivable Clerk with at least 3
-5 years of law firm experience. Reports to Director of Finance. Must be detail oriented with superior Word, Excel and
LegalMaster software
skills. Requires a self-starter who works well independently and as part of a
team.
Will be responsible for
the efficient, accurate, and timely preparation of weekly and YTD summary
reports; keep log of daily cash receipts; import, print, and distribute attorney
timesheets; prepare cash receipts spreadsheet, prepare daily deposit; assist
attorneys with collections, deposit transfers into money market accounts;
reconcile monthly AR (monthly billing, cash receipts, write-offs; create reports
for the finance committee based on client data.
Basic
Requirements Include:

* At least five years of accounting experience in a

* At least three years of legal billing and/or accounts receivable experience required.
* Knowledge of legal billing software. LegalMaster software strongly preferred.

IP LITIGATION LEGAL ASSISTANT / CASE CLERK

A very prestigious law firm in Silicon Valley is seeking a
full-time Litigation Assistant / Case Clerk for
to provide support in our client’s Silicon
Valley location. Will participate as a team member and assists attorneys,
paralegals and litigation technology support professionals in various
intellectual property litigation matters by playing a supportive role in trial
preparation work required to support the firm's clients. This hands-on position
provides support in various aspects of litigation support and is responsible for
performing routine tasks essential to case success.
Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior office or legal experience is a plus. The
position involves significant contact with lawyers, paralegals and litigation
technology professionals and requires solid interpersonal, verbal and written

organizing and maintaining client files; assisting clients with the transfer of
assets; notarizing documents; and answering telephones, when necessary.
